'Staying Motivated as a Creative Entrepreneur' 

This talk offers a chance to reflect on what energies you as a creative entrepreneur and how to best channel that energy towards your goals. It explores the importance of staying connected, seeking support and creating helpful habits that ensure your motivation pays off into concrete results. The talk will include some workshop elements, so come with pen and notebook and an open mind ready to meet other creative entrepreneurs and gain new ways of thinking about taking your work from strength to strength. The evening is ideal for those just starting out or for those who are more established. 

About Gemma Mills McGrath

Gemma brings a unique perspective to the topic of creative entrepreneurship - she is both an academic and consultant in strategy and management studies, as well as an award-winning writer. She also teaches yoga and is particularly interested in well-being and managing our energy to nourish ourselves both physically, mentally and in spirit. She is co-founder of a writers' group she set up nine years ago which meets regularly. She is passionate about turning motivation into concrete habits that create results and sharing what has worked for her own practice.
