“A low strength pale beer, big on aromatics. A backbone of fine English Maris Otter, with oats, flaked barley, caramalt and wheat to provide a textured and balanced body, allowing the distinctive hop bill to shine. Coconut and lemongrass from brewery favourite Sorachi Ace are backed up by gooseberry and tropical notes from Nelson Sauvin with citrus and pine from Simcoe. Superbly smashable!”
